Identifying Leaders @ South Shore

What is a crowd

A crowd is a gathering of people that have individual as well as shared needs to be met.

What is a community

A community is a purposeful gathering of people committed to the sharing the love of Christ by furthering his ministry by faithfully serving towards responses to individual and shared needs.

At South Shore, we believe crowds become communities as

  • we identify leaders,

  • leaders take ownership of both their roles as leaders and the people they lead, and

  • leaders lead others in positive Christ-like change without delay.

Jesus said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest” (Matthew 9:37-38).

We invite you to join us in leadership as together attend to God's harvest in and around South Shore!
